1. ACC shares ended the day at Rs 1,600.70, a decline of 3.67 per cent on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) after the company reported a lower-than-expected operating performance in the quarter ended March, 2019 or Q1CY19. 

2. Shares of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) hit a 6-month high of Rs 170, up 4 per cent, in intra-day trade on Wednesday, and ended the day at Rs 168.35, a gain of 2.81 per cent, on the expectations of strong earnings in the January-March quarter (Q4FY19). 

3. Indiabulls Real Estate surged 10 per cent to close the day at Rs 115.70 on the NSE on the back of heavy volumes after the company said it has decided to divest Century, the parent company that houses Hanover Square property, London. The company has decided to focus only on Mumbai & National Capital Region (NCR). 

4. A board meeting of Trident will be held on May 13, 2019 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated results of the company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2019. It will also consider and recommend final dividend, if any and recommend subdivision/split of company's equity share.

1. Muthoot Capital Services Limited completed a securitization transaction of Rs140.37cr on May 31, 2019. It may please be noted that this was the first securitization / direct assignment transaction carried out by the Company during the FY19-20. 

2. The Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone said in the filing on Tuesday that the company the board has approved the proposal for the buy-back by the company of up to 3.92cr equity shares from the equity shareholders of the company as on June 21, 2019, at a price of Rs500 per equity share for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs1,960cr.

3. Shares of Motherson Sumi soared 3% on the BSE in Tuesday’s afternoon session. ~13 lakh shares changed hands in a block deal. Also, shares of ITC was trading marginally higher at Rs279.70 on the BSE. Around 12.7 lakh shares of the company have changed hands in a block deal.

4. Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Indian Oil), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited(HPCL) have signed an Agreement for formation of a Joint Venture Company for implementation and subsequent operation of 2757 Km long LPG Pipeline from Kandla, Gujarat to Gorakhpur, UP. Indian Oil, BPCL and HPCL would have 50%, 25% and 25% equity holding in the JV Company.

Bank Nifty Outlook:-

Bank Nifty managed to hold above 30,000 level and remained consolidative for the most part of the day but failed to cross above 30,250 zones. The index closed 165.70 points higher at 30,104.25 and formed a bullish candle on a daily scale. Supports are gradually shifting higher. Now it has to continue to hold above 30,000 to witness an upmove towards 30,250 then 30,500 zones while on the downside major support is seen at 29,700 then 29,500 levels.

Nifty Outlook:-

Nifty50 gradually inched higher amid consolidation throughout session and closed higher on April 15, but failed to hold 11,700 levels reclaimed during the day. The gains were driven by banks, auto, metals and select technology stocks. The index consolidated in 11,650-11,700 zone for the most part of the session. It formed a small bullish candle on a daily scale, making higher highs - higher lows formation from past two trading sessions.
